Christina's Mac & Cheese


This is the infamous baked mac and cheese that is comfort food to the max. The perfect one pot meal that serves 4-5 hungry people.

Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
2 eggs beaten
1 Tbsp margarine melted
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 cups uncooked maccaroni; cook and drain
1 sm chopped onion

Directions:
margarine/onion 2 minutes (micro), Mix all, Bake 9 x 12 pyrex 425 degrees for 20minutes (covered), Add parmesean cheese 10 min (uncovered)
